Earning Points
You will earn points automatically when you shop online either logged in or as a guest. However, in order to access your Container Guy Rewards account and redeem points, you will need to create an account on the website. Your email address is what links your points earned on the website to your Rewards account.
- Earn 1 point for every dollar spent* at containerguy.com.au
- *Does not include shipping costs and taxes.
- Points are credited to your account after your after payment is processed and your order fulfilled.
Points Expiry
- Points are valid for 1 year from date or order fulfillment
Redeeming Points
Once you've created your Container Guy Rewards account, you will be able to see how many points you've earned, options for managing your Rewards account and claiming rewards. Rewards include $10, $25 and $50 discount codes, which can be claimed by trading points. You can then apply these rewards towards future purchases when you checkout on containerguy.com.au..
Cash in your points for discount codes that can be used on.
- 200 points = $10 discount code (5% reward)
- 330 points = $25 discount code (7.5% reward)
- 500 points = $50 discount code (10% reward)
After you have cashed in your points for a reward, a coupon code will be displayed in the Rewards interface on the website. Copy and paste the coupon code into the
checkout to redeem. You can also find your codes again in the pop up under the Rewards tab.
- Discount codes cannot be split over multiple purchases. Any unused portion of a discount code will be forfeited. To take full advantage of your reward please use it in full in a single order.
Refer a Friend
Refer family and friends to Container Guy Rewards and earn 300 bonus points for yourself and your referral. See the Terms and Conditions below for details about how to redeem.
Returns
- Any points earned from a sale that is subsequently returned or refunded (either partially or fully) will be removed from your account.
Not Transferable
- Points, rewards and gifts are not transferable under any circumstances. Always be sure to login with the same email address as points cannot be moved from one account to another. Points, rewards and gifts are not redeemable for cash.
Communications
- Container Guy reserves the right to send members notifications such as email, text and in-browser notifications. These messages are automated and triggered by various activities such as earning points and redeeming rewards. These notifications are required in order for the program to operate effectively. If you opt out, you will not receive important information to help you get the most out of the Rewards program.
Referrals
- To refer a new customer to Container Guy Rewards, you must be an existing member of the program.
- Referrals must be new customers to Container Guy to be eligible for referral points.
- Both parties shall receive 300 bonus points per successful referral.
- Points for the referrer are only issued at the time of a new purchase being completed by the referral ( the new customer).
General
- Container Guy reserves the right to change any aspect of, or discontinue completely, the rewards program without notice and without any compensation for any unused points or rewards.
